I just summerize: While Alex' and Dani's band are on the way to their next entrance they drive over a cow: "And the windscreen was splashed with blood". To me this accident is not really sensitive from the author.Later the band has a great gig. But it gets even better when a face appereance in the crowd: his father Tom!
Now questions for my loved classmates:
1. What would you have done after you drove over a little cute cow? Is the reaction of the band the right?
2. They have a second problem with the car on the way. What happens? Would you have done something different? Would you have paid?
3. How would you react when you notice your father, having not seen for years, in the middle of the audience? How would you have felt?
4.* What do you think: Will Alex & Dani tell their bandmembers about their realationship? Is one of them secretly in love with Dani ... or Alex?

1. I would call the police. I disagree with the reaction of the band, because this is not acceptable. I would call the police and would tell them, that there was a cow and then I would drive away.
2. Did you mean the second problem , because the second problem is with the cow? When you mean the third problem than I would not let repair my car by a man I don't now and I wouldn't pay.
3. I was very shocked and undecided. I would go to him and asked him why he left us and why he didn't visit us in London and then I would be very angry and I would go away.
1.If you ask me , the reaction of the band is wrong,it´s very irresponsible what they done , or not done to say it better.
of course I would react in an other way as the band.
I would call the police and confess them the situation.
2. I think you mean the second problem with theire stopping.
They had to have a stop because the engine lost power.
They became help from a man and must pay him a lot of money but they must to be in sydney punctual.
I understand theire reaction/situation and I had done the same.
3. I would be very surprised and of course shocked that my father is standing in the audience.
If I was in this situation I would react like Alex.

First: I'm really sorry, that I answer so late, but my computer is currupt!
1. No! I don't think, that the reaction of the band is right! If something like this happends to me, I would call the polic - like Koray and cikolata - or tell someone other about that!
2. Suddenly the car stopped, because (how the man later found out) it was something wrong with a wire. In my opinion I would go back to the hotel, too. Because there was nothing else!
Hmm... I don't know if I would pay the $200 (!), because this is a lot of money! Otherwise, they really had to go to the bar! I really don't know, what I've done...
3. Oh, good question!
I think I would react like Alex. I would be shocked and nervous. After 16 years! First I would go to him and ask him lots of question, too. But then I wouldn't go away, I would try to find out other things about my father!
4.* I don't think, that they will go to their band and tell them that. I wouldn't do that. If they find that out, ok! If not, it's also ok!
This is a good thought... Maybe, that would be very ecxiting!
